Truss Builder – Casa Grande Area

Alliance Truss is seeking Truss Builders and Leads, Forklift Operators, Sawyers, for our truss plant location in Casa Grande. We are looking for  employees who want to join a team of others working in a construction based environment. These positions are a hands-on, fast-paced job that requires attention to detail and the ability to meet daily goals. We are looking for individuals with an outgoing attitude that are willing to learn. Construction background is preferred. This is a safety-sensitive position which is a position where an employee has the responsibility for his/her safety and other people’s safety. It would be particularly dangerous if such an employee is using drugs or alcohol while on the job. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.

We are hiring for two shifts:
PAY RANGE – $14.00 – $17.00 Based on Experience
Your responsibilities:

  • Work for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
  • Operate equipment with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be able and willing to learn.
  • Possess good communication skills and work well in a team setting.
  • Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Your qualifications:

  • Have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Available for overtime if needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and move equipment as needed.
  • Physical tasks include repetitive bending, kneeling, moving up and down on platforms.
  • Team player and highly self-motivated individual.
  • Work with hand/power tools.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
