    Alliance Lumber operates over 70 acres of inventory; by far the largest in the state of Arizona, and one of the largest in the West. The relationships we have with some of the leading suppliers in North America ensure that we stock only premium products, and that they're always in stock.

  • Estimating Department
    We know how important it is that your building projects start with dependable cost estimates and accurate material take-offs. That's why we have a team of experienced estimators on-site. They'll provide you with lumber takeoffs and shop drawings no matter what size project you're working on; whether it's one house or a multi-unit complex.

  • Special Orders
    Don't let those hard-to-find products delay your project. The resources of our large supplier base, and the strong relationships we have established with them, means that we can bring in special orders quicker than most lumberyards. It's just one more way Alliance helps you keep your business going successfully, and your customers satisfied.

  • Delivery Service
    Every delivery is important to us. Our fleet of over 50 trucks will deliver quality lumber at a fair price just about anywhere. And our integrated fleet tracking system enables us to monitor your order and confirm your delivery time in a matter of seconds.

  • Will Call
    With a team of employees specifically assigned to filling will calls, they're experts at pulling and loading orders. That means they'll have your order ready and loaded, and you'll be back on the road in no time at all. Of course, for the best in stop and go service, we encourage you to call in your order ahead of time.

  • Credit
    Offering credit is another way we can support your success, saving you time with the ordering, delivery, and payment process. We welcome credit applications from builders and contractors.

  • Returns
    No fine print here. Whether you ordered the wrong product, or too much of the right product, we make returns easy and credit back to you immediate. (Special order items are often not returnable and handling charges may apply.)
